Common questions

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

• If you subscribed on iOS: open the App Store app → tap your profile → Subscriptions → tap Peptide Wizard → Cancel Subscription.
• If you subscribed via Stripe on the web: open the app → Settings → Manage Subscription → follow the link to your Stripe customer portal.

How do I export my data?

Open the app → Settings → Data Export. Downloads a JSON file with your full account, stacks, injection logs, labs, vials and wizard chats.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. This is irreversible and executes immediately.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password" — we'll email a reset link.

Something's broken

Email support@peptidewizard.app with your account email + a short description of what you were doing when it broke. Screenshots help a lot.
