By creating an account or using Peptide Wizard, you agree to these Terms.
Peptide Wizard is an educational and record-keeping tool. Nothing in the app is medical advice. The content shown is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. We do not conduct human subject research and do not enroll users in any study or clinical trial.
You alone are responsible for how you interpret and use any information in the app. Some substances referenced may be regulated in your jurisdiction — you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws. Do not use Peptide Wizard to plan or record any activity that is illegal where you live.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Peptide Wizard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Some features require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe or the App Store (depending on where you subscribed). They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the App Store or the Stripe customer portal; the current period runs to its scheduled end.
Subscription payments made through the App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy — contact Apple Support to request one. Payments made directly through Stripe are non-refundable but can be cancelled to prevent future renewals.
Do not use Peptide Wizard to (a) impersonate anyone, (b) attempt to breach the security of the service, (c) scrape or resell content, or (d) upload unlawful material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All app content, imagery, and code are © 2026 Jacob Gousteris, except third-party logos and trademarks which belong to their respective owners.
Peptide Wizard is provided "as is". We make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app is error-free, accurate, or continuously available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptide Wizard and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for a Pro subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
