Delete your Peptide Wizard account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete your Peptide Wizard account (developer: Peptide Wizard) and everything associated with it, what gets deleted, what is kept and for how long.

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app (instant)

Open the Peptide Wizard app and sign in.
Tap the Settings tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm when asked. Your account and all associated data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

This cannot be undone. There is no recovery period — the records are removed from our database straight away.

Option 2 — ask us to delete it

If you can no longer sign in, email support@peptidewizard.app from the address you registered with, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually within a few days.

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account is permanently erased:

What is kept, and for how long

Purchase and subscription records — if you bought Peptide Wizard Pro, the transaction record is retained by Apple, Google or Stripe (whichever processed the payment) and in our billing logs for up to 7 years, because tax and accounting law requires it. These records contain the transaction identifier and amount, not your health data.
Server and security logs — routine technical logs that may contain an IP address or request identifier are rotated and deleted within 90 days.
Anonymous, aggregate counts — totals such as "number of entries logged this week" that cannot be traced back to you or any individual are retained.

Cancelling a subscription is separate from deleting your account. Manage or cancel a Pro subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You don't have to delete the whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete individual entries, vials, progress photos, lab results, wellness entries, measurements, reminders, protocols and custom peptides at any time — each one is removed from our database immediately.
