Arithmetic only for a U-100 syringe: 1 ml = 100 units. Type a number in either box; the other updates. Fields start blank. Nothing here suggests a volume to draw or a protocol.
Formula: units = ml × 100 · ml = units ÷ 100. This assumes a U-100 syringe scale only.
On a U-100 insulin-style syringe, the barrel is marked so that 100 units fill 1 ml. Ten units is 0.1 ml; fifty units is 0.5 ml. Other syringe markings (for example U-40) use a different scale — this calculator is not for those.
It does not recommend how much liquid to draw, how to mix a vial, or what anyone should use. It only converts the two numbers you type.
